Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Revenue Aligned, a software service operated by Anarani LLC. By creating an account or paying for a plan, you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

1. Who we are

Revenue Aligned is operated by Anarani LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of New York, United States, with its business address at 224 W 35th St, Ste 500 #2566, New York, NY 10001. In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Anarani LLC; "you" means the person or company using the service.

2. What the service does

Revenue Aligned analyses web pages you submit and generates written content intended to be cited and recommended by AI assistants and search engines. Each generated post is scored against our published quality criteria before you publish it.

The service is delivered entirely online. There is nothing to ship and no physical product. Access begins immediately once your account is created or your plan is activated.

3. Accounts

• You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for keeping access to that account secure.
• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.
• One account is for one customer. Do not share credentials with people outside your organisation.
• You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.

4. Plans, billing and renewal

Current plans and prices are published at revenuealigned.com/pricing. Paid plans are monthly subscriptions that renew automatically until you cancel.

• Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes that may apply to you.
• Payment is taken when you subscribe and on the same day each month thereafter.
• Card payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We never see or store your full card number.
• Your monthly allowance resets at the start of each billing period. Unused allowance does not roll over.
• If a payment fails, we may retry it and may suspend access until it succeeds.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. Changes never apply to a billing period you have already paid for. If you do not accept a price change, you may cancel before it takes effect.

5. Free plan

The free plan requires no card and carries a limited monthly allowance. We may change or withdraw the free plan at any time. Nothing in the free plan is guaranteed to remain available.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• submit pages you do not own or have no permission to analyse;
• use the service to produce content that is unlawful, defamatory, deceptive, or that infringes someone else's intellectual property;
• generate content designed to mislead search engines or AI systems about the nature of a product, its price, or its origin;
• resell, sublicense or white-label the service without our written agreement (the Scale plan permits use on behalf of your own clients);
• attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or circumvent limits on the service.

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches this section.

7. Your content and our content

You keep your input. The pages and material you submit remain yours. You grant us a limited licence to process them solely to provide the service to you.

You own your output. Subject to your account being paid up, you own the posts the service generates for you and may publish, edit and monetise them freely.

We keep all rights in the service itself: the software, the scoring system, the prompts, the interface and the Revenue Aligned brand.

8. AI-generated output: an important limitation

9. Availability

We aim to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted access. We may carry out maintenance, change features, or depend on third parties (including hosting and AI providers) whose outages affect us. We do not offer a contractual uptime guarantee on any plan.

10. Warranties and liability

The service is provided "as is" and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or lost goodwill. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Anarani LLC against claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from your use of the service in breach of these Terms, or from content you publish that was generated using the service.

12. Suspension and termination

You may cancel at any time as described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. We may suspend or terminate your account on notice if you materially breach these Terms, if payment fails, or if we are required to by law. Sections 7, 8, 10, 11 and 14 survive termination.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we will give at least 30 days' notice by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the updated Terms. The "last updated" date at the top always reflects the current version.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. The state and federal courts located in New York County, New York have exclusive jurisdiction, and both parties consent to that venue.

Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the matter directly. Most issues are settled by email within a few days.

15. General

If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them to a successor in connection with a merger or sale of the business. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Refund & Cancellation Policy, are the entire agreement between us regarding the service.
