This policy explains what personal data Revenue Aligned collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it. The data controller is Anarani LLC, 224 W 35th St, Ste 500 #2566, New York, NY 10001, United States.

We never see your card details. Card numbers, expiry dates and security codes are collected and stored by Stripe, Inc. and never reach our servers. We hold only the non-sensitive identifiers Stripe returns to us.

We do not sell your personal data. We never share it for third-party advertising. We use a small number of processors to run the service:

We may also disclose data where legally required, or to a successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. If that happens, we will tell you before your data becomes subject to a different policy.

4. International transfers

We operate from the United States and our processors store data there. If you access the service from outside the US, your data will be transferred to and processed in the US. Where the law requires a transfer mechanism, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard offered by the processor.

If you are a California resident, you additionally have the right to know what we collect, to delete it, to correct it, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA/CPRA.

7. Cookies

We use only what the service needs to function: a session cookie to keep you signed in and local storage to remember interface preferences. We do not use advertising cookies, third-party trackers, or cross-site profiling. Because we set no non-essential cookies, there is no consent banner to click through.

8. Security

Data is encrypted in transit using TLS and at rest by our infrastructure providers. Access to production systems is restricted and authenticated. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach affects your personal data we will notify you and any required regulator without undue delay.

9. Children

The service is for business use and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has given us data, email us and we will delete it.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be notified by email or in the app at least 30 days before they take effect. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
