• To perform our contract with you — account, billing and usage data.
• Our legitimate interests — keeping the service secure, preventing abuse, and improving how it works.
• Legal obligation — tax, accounting and anti-fraud record keeping.
• Consent — only where we ask for it, such as optional product emails. You can withdraw consent at any time.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We never share it for third-party advertising. We use a small number of processors to run the service:

We may also disclose data where legally required, or to a successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. If that happens, we will tell you before your data becomes subject to a different policy.

4. International transfers

We operate from the United States and our processors store data there. If you access the service from outside the US, your data will be transferred to and processed in the US. Where the law requires a transfer mechanism, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard offered by the processor.

5. How long we keep it

• Account and usage data — while your account is open, then deleted within 90 days of account closure.
• Generated posts — kept in your account until you delete them or close your account.
• Billing records — retained for 7 years to meet US tax and accounting requirements.
• Security and error logs — retained for up to 12 months.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• access a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
• correct data that is wrong or incomplete;
• delete your data ("right to be forgotten");
• restrict or object to certain processing;
• receive your data in a portable, machine-readable format;
• withdraw consent where processing is based on it;
• complain to your data protection authority.

If you are a California resident, you additionally have the right to know what we collect, to delete it, to correct it, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA/CPRA.

7. Cookies

We use only what the service needs to function: a session cookie to keep you signed in and local storage to remember interface preferences. We do not use advertising cookies, third-party trackers, or cross-site profiling. Because we set no non-essential cookies, there is no consent banner to click through.

8. Security

Data is encrypted in transit using TLS and at rest by our infrastructure providers. Access to production systems is restricted and authenticated. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach affects your personal data we will notify you and any required regulator without undue delay.

9. Children

The service is for business use and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has given us data, email us and we will delete it.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be notified by email or in the app at least 30 days before they take effect. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
